The hubby and I really need to buy a car ASAP. The Alero has 140k miles and is about to die. This weekend, in the middle of the burning heat of Grand Junction, it also did not start. This is a VERY bad sign. Who knows when she'll REALLY go.
A dealership in town just parked a used Audi so we went to take it for a spin. This young, excited guy gets us set up and we are off. Except. Wait. THERE IS NO FUCKING GAS IN THE CAR. The car completely dies in one of the most precarious sections of I70. A state patrol comes and sits behind us so that no one "crashes into us" because there is no shoulder and we are on a curve. WTF?! We call the dealership and they send someone out 'immediately.' We sit and sweat in the car. The dudes from the dealership show up and put gas in the car. We go back to the dealership thinking we've earned a coupon or SOMETHING for their retardedness. What do we get? NOTHING. Where has service gone?

Not even a $50 gas card or something??? Those bastards! I would have like kicked over a cardboard stand and stolen some SUV brochures.
